work it out!!

so im working out like a crazy lady. I want to lose at least 10 lbs by this time next month. I am currently 166lbs, the heaviest ive ever been! but I think that by eating more reasonably, increasing water intake and doing at least an hour of cardio a day, i can get down to 155. 

hope so!!!
