Remember

A couple of days ago I posted about this website about a healthy lifestyle and everything like that?

Well, today was my first “weigh-in” and I have lost 3.5 lbs in the past week!!

Im just so excited, you have no idea!

 

I really think the whole drinking water thing is what is helping me. That, and exercise of course and just … being accountable for what Im puttin in my body. Its awesome. 🙂
